CRESON, Justice.

This appeal comes from the Chancery Court of Fentress County. That court denied the intervening petition of Fentress Farmers Cooperative to become a party to the original cause in order to assert an equitable lien on insurance proceeds by virtue of the facts and circumstances alleged in the petition.
