PER CURIAM.

On July 19, 1967, a Boeing 727 being operated by Piedmont Aviation, Inc., collided in mid-air with a private aircraft near Hendersonville, North Carolina resulting in the death of 82 persons. Litigation has been commenced in various federal and state courts on behalf of the estates of many of the persons who died in this catastrophe.
