This is an action pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare which holds that Elizabeth, Shirley and Bobby Givens are not entitled to child's insurance benefits based upon an application filed on their behalf by Helen Trimpin, their mother, on October 31, 1966.
