Frank J. Prasifka, Louis J. Prasifka and Jerry T. Prasifka brought suit to enjoin the City of Hutchins from interfering with the use of their 44 acre tract of land for manufacturing purposes. The City filed a cross action asking an injunction against the plaintiffs from using their property in violation of the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City for any purpose other than for residential uses.
