This is a subrogation action. On June 1, 1967, Nabers Price, Jr., whose subrogee is appellant, and O. Dean Couch, Jr., appellee, were involved in an automobile accident in Harris County. Couch filed a suit against Price claiming damages on November 20, 1967 in Cause No. 156,794.
