Thurman Maurice Channell is presently on parole from the further execution of an indeterminate sentence of not less than one nor more than ten years upon his conviction for breaking and entering, imposed on January 24, 1966, by the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia. The sentence was suspended at that time and Petitioner was placed on probation for a period of two years. On February 24, 1967, this probation was revoked by the state...
