PER CURIAM.

The defendant's only claim of error in this appeal from a conviction of rape is that the trial court should not have received into evidence statements made by defendant. He claims he was not advised of his rights in the manner required by Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694, 10 A.L.R.3d 974 (1966).
