Plaintiff-appellee brought this suit to quiet her title in and to a tract of land in the Town of Atrisco grant. The complaint sets forth a survey description and indicates that the tract contains 4.6 acres, more or less, and is known both as Tract 50 and as Tract 95, Row 1, Unit B of tracts allotted from the Town of Atrisco.
