This appeal is from an order denying relief after an evidentiary hearing on appellant's petition for the writ of habeas corpus in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas after appellant had exhausted his state remedies. Appellant was convicted of murder in the Criminal District Court of Harris County, Texas and sentenced to a term of ninety-nine years imprisonment.
