This is an application for a writ of review of proceedings resulting in modification of a divorce decree in the district court of Missoula County.

All proceedings herein questioned were taken in civil cause #27420, a divorce action in the district court. The district court file discloses that the husband filed a complaint for divorce against his wife alleging, among other things, that two named minor children were born as issue of the marriage...
