James Robert Rassmussen, the defendant-appellant, was found guilty by a jury of the crime of procurement, alleged by the information to have been committed in Boise, Idaho, on or about January 14, 1966. The trial court, on the basis of the jury verdict, entered judgment that the defendant was guilty of the crime charged and that he be punished by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a term of two years.
