This is a declaratory judgment suit in which P. Joseph McDermott and Genevieve S. McDermott, his wife, as owners by the entirety of a tract of land in the Village of Calverton Park, St. Louis County, sought to have the court declare the Village's general zoning ordinance invalid. The individual defendants are members of the Village's Board of Trustees and other municipal officials. Judgment below was for the McDermotts, and this appeal followed...
