This is an action brought by the appellant, Mrs. Ernestine Smith Torrence, for herself and her seven minor children, for the wrongful death of her husband, Robert Torrence, captain of the tug Captain George. Torrence's death was alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the captain, crew, or owner of the M/V Mariner, owned and operated by the appellee. Other defendants were dismissed...
