The defendant has moved under rule 34, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for production of documents which are identified in answers to interrogatories. These documents, which are in the possession of the plaintiff, have been broken down into ten categories and relate to the following issues: validity or infringement of the Brainard patent, overlap between the Brainard and Morgan patents, implied license, unenforceability...
