Pursuant to MCLA § 280.461 et seq. (Stat Ann 1968 Rev § 11.1461 et seq.) the Zantman Intracounty Drainage Board was created in Kalamazoo county. The board determined that the State highway commission's share of the cost of the drain was 20% and ascertained the assessment at that figure.
