An automobile collision case. The collision occurred at the intersection of Delaware Street and Washington Street in the city limits of Clarksville, Red River County, Texas. Suzanne Peek, the minor daughter of Dillard Peek, was driving an automobile west on Washington Street. Defendant-appellant, Mrs. Bowers, a widow, was driving an automobile north on Delaware Street. There were no stop signs on Washington Street. There were stop signs on Delaware...
