Appellee was convicted in Municipal Court of Texarkana, Arkansas, of the offense of selling beer to a minor and upon a plea of nolo contendere he was fined one hundred fifty dollars and costs. He appealed this conviction to the Circuit Court of Miller County. An additional count of selling beer to a minor was filed against him by information, in the Circuit Court of Miller County.
