This is a suit brought by the Secretary of Labor to enjoin the defendant, Ralph R. Koch, from violating the provisions of sections 7 and 15(a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (now codified in 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., hereinafter called the Act) and to restrain the defendant from continuing to withhold unpaid minimum wages and overtime compensation due certain employees of the defendant.
