This case arises out of a suit on a Comprehensive Dishonesty, Disappearance and Destruction insurance policy. At the trial, the District Court denied defendant's motion for a directed verdict made at the close of all the evidence and submitted the case to the jury pursuant to the provisions of Rule 50(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
