BATJER, Justice.

On the 29th of November, 1967, a grand jury in Clark County indicted the appellant, James Edward Kroc, for the crimes of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to do bodily harm and robbery. Bail was allowed and on December 4, 1967, the appellant was released on bond.
