This appeal concerns a bank robbery. On the morning of September 27, 1967, a little after 10:00 o'clock, the Bank of Lockesburg, Lockesburg, Arkansas, was robbed by a lone gunman. As he entered the bank, this man pulled a ladies' stocking over his face, directed bank employees and customers to lie down on the floor, and told R. C.
