Robert L. Rubrecht, individually and as next friend for Bonnie Sue Dennis (a stepsister by marriage), a minor age 6, hereinafter called plaintiff, initiated this suit to recover a monetary judgment against The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, hereinafter called defendant, for personal injuries to the minor child arising out of a motor vehicle-train collision which occurred at a grade crossing on Garnett Street in Gainesville...
