PALMORE, Judge.

In February of 1961 a 1960 model Jeep automobile owned by William E. Folger was stolen from the premises of a service station in Stanford, county seat of Lincoln County. In 1968 it was found by Folger on a public street in the same city, where it had been parked by the appellant, William Chancellor. Chancellor was arrested when he returned to the automobile. He was indicted for grand larceny (KRS 433.220) and for knowingly receiving stolen property...
