Milford Fuller was convicted in Boone Circuit Court of the crime of receiving stolen property. A jury found appellant guilty, and the court entered judgment, assessing punishment of not less than 16, nor more than 48, months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. From the judgment so entered, comes this appeal. Six points are raised in urging a reversal, and we proceed to discuss these contentions.
