This is a workmen's compensation suit. The parties will be referred to as they were in the trial court. Plaintiffs, Pearl L. Crothers, and husband, Joe Willie Crothers, initiated suit to recover benefits for total and permanent disability under the Texas Workmen's Compensation Act.
