Defendant Cletis U. Williams was charged by information with one count of grand theft of an automobile (Pen. Code, § 487, subd. 3) and one count of receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496). His motion to set aside the information for lack of reasonable or probable cause (Pen. Code, § 995) was denied, and he here seeks a writ of prohibition to restrain further proceedings in the superior court (Pen. Code, § 999a).
