The issues here are whether the Board of Appeals committed reversible error in sustaining the examiner's rejection of claims 1-51 as unpatentable over British patent 883,973 under 35 U.S.C. § 103, and on the ground of double patenting in view of the claims of Stephenson patent 3,256,1412 considered with Australian patent 163,501.
