This is an appeal from the decision1 of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, adhered to on reconsideration, dismissing an opposition by Gulf States Paper Corporation to an application2 by Crown Zellerbach Corporation for registration of the mark CZ, for use in connection with printing paper. Use of the mark since February 11, 1964 was asserted.
