This was an action to recover damages for injuries allegedly suffered by plaintiff, Mary Lapetina, when the automobile which she was operating was struck from the rear by an automobile operated by defendant, Carmen J. Tortorello, and owned by defendant, Standard Rug and Furniture Cleaners.
