This is a guest liability case. On October 22, 1966, Betty Rosewarren was a passenger in a car driven by David Turner, appellant herein, the young people being out on a date. Approximately three miles north of Clarksville on State Highway 103, Turner lost control of the car, and collided with a vehicle belonging to Rosa Smith, Miss Rosewarren receiving severe injuries.
