HERLANDS, District Judge:

Defendants have moved to transfer this consolidated action to the Central District of California, or, alternatively, to the Northern District of California "[f]or the convenience of the parties and witnesses, [and] in the interest of justice * * *." 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (1964).
