This writ of error challenges the correctness of the trial court's ruling that defendants must grant a building permit to plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs in error are the building inspector of the city of Aspen, Colorado, the Board of Adjustment of Aspen and its members, and the Planning and Zoning Commission of Aspen and its members.
