This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of appeals affirming the rejection of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10 of appellant's application1 for "Apparatus for Preventing Splitting in Lumber" as unpatentable over the prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103. No claim has been allowed.
