This appeal is by the Government from the judgment of the Customs Court, Second Division, 59 Cust.Ct. 547, C.D. 3225, sustaining the importer's protests against the collector's classification of certain imported chippers, chipscreens, and parts.

The nature of the merchandise involved will appear more fully hereinafter. As introduction, it appears that chippers are machines used to reduce wood to chips and that chipscreens are machines...
