ONION, Judge.

The offense is robbery by assault; the punishment, enhanced under the provisions of Article 62, Vernon's Ann.P.C., life.

The State's evidence reflects that on November 3, 1967, at approximately 1 p. m., T. H. Stegent, a laundry route delivery man, made a home call to one of his customers in Harris County, Texas.
