NICHOLS, Judge.*

This case involves an alleged breach by the defendant of a contract in which the defendant agreed to sell certain surplus realty to the plaintiffs.

It is our opinion that the plaintiffs are entitled to recover, since the evidence in the record clearly shows that the defendant breached the contract between the parties. The court has a difficult problem, however, in connection with the determination...
