This is an action for damages by the plaintiff, Jack Richards Aircraft Sales, Inc., against defendant J.C. Vaughn because of an alleged breach of contract involving the sale of an airplane. After trial without a jury in district court, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff, from which defendant now appeals.
