Appeal from a judgment denying a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Affirmed.

On June 8, 1967, Klotz, with his counsel, pleaded guilty to second degree burglary. He said he knew the penalty for the offense, that he had not been promised anything by anyone to induce him to plead guilty and that in fact he had committed the offense.
