HODGES, Justice.

The last will and testament of John D. Campbell, deceased, was admitted to probate together with a codicil thereto. The will was executed July 14, 1961. The codicil was executed September 30, 1963. The decedent had then attained the age of ninety years. By the terms of the decedent's will the estate was devised to two trustees who were also nominated therein as co-executors. There are forty-nine beneficiaries...
