Appeal from denial, after evidentiary hearing, of motion under Criminal Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R.

In 1964, Charles Cecil Shields was convicted, upon a trial by jury in the St. Louis Circuit Court, of robbery in the first degree with a dangerous and deadly weapon.
