FERGUSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff in this action challenges his local draft Board's action in declaring him a delinquent pursuant to certain Selective Service Law Regulations. During the pendency of this action, said Board ordered that plaintiff report for induction into the armed services. That order was preliminarily enjoined by this court.
