This is an action in tort wherein plaintiff, on behalf of his minor son, Billy Eugene Wilhite, seeks to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor when struck by a motor vehicle owned and operated by defendant Joseph C. Beavers, an uninsured motorist. Plaintiff, individually and on his own behalf, seeks reimbursement of hospital and medical expenses incurred by him in the treatment of his son's injuries.
