These two related original proceedings raise questions of first impression concerning the constitutionality of the bail bond forfeiture provisions of an act of the 1965 Legislature, now codified as 59 O.S. 1968 Supp., Sections 1301 through 1340, as they affect the liability of the surety upon the bond.
