HOOD, Chief Judge:

Appellant was charged with and convicted of larceny from an interstate shipment.1 At trial a baggage clerk for the Greyhound Bus Company testified that he observed appellant walk into the baggage area of the bus station which was restricted to employees, and he saw appellant remove a suitcase from that area.
