Plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from defendant by default in the Circuit Court of Butler County, Missouri, on August 31, 1965. In that action, quite properly, plaintiff did not request and the court did not make an order respecting the custody of Gary Eugene Rasch, the minor son of the parties, because he was then residing with defendant in Highland, Illinois and the court lacked jurisdiction.
