The defendant Adams has appealed from a judgment which awarded the plaintiffs principal, accrued interest and attorney's fees in an action on a promissory note. He contends, for the first time on appeal, that since the record reveals that the consideration for the note was services rendered in a real estate transaction the plaintiffs cannot recover because of a failure to allege and prove that they were duly licensed as a salesman and broker, respectively...
