Appellant Benjamin Brown appeals to this Court from an order entered by the Court of Record for Manatee County denying his motion filed under CrPR 1.850, 33 F.S.A., to vacate a previous judgment of conviction.

On December 17, 1968, Brown was charged by information filed in the Court of Record for Manatee County of armed robbery. Upon arraignment and plea of guilty, he was adjudged guilty of said offense by the Court and sentenced to life imprisonment...
