Newell, Inc., and Travelers Indemnity Company for payments allegedly due on concrete mix sold by Reynolds Brothers Lumber Company to Burke and Cooper, a subcontractor of the Newells in the construction of a portion of Interstate Highway 1-10 in Baldwin County, Alabama.
