This is a medical malpractice case. The suit was brought by William A. King and wife, Mary Louise King, plaintiffs, against Dr. Kenneth R. Flamm, defendant, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained as a result of incorrect diagnosis and improper treatment of Mrs. King. One ground of negligence alleged in the petition is defendant's failure to call in a specialist to aid in the diagnosis and treatment...
