This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of robbery in the first degree.

In an information filed in Los Angeles on November 20, 1967, defendant was charged with robbing Robert Hilton and Marty Kiviat of certain personal property on October 24, 1967. It was further charged that defendant at the time of the commission of the offense was armed with a .38 caliber revolver. A jury trial was waived...
